Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Jasomel platform, including all content, features, quizzes, assignments, and services offered through jasomel.com. By accessing or using the platform in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

Your use of Jasomel constitutes a binding agreement between you and Jasomel. These terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and anyone who interacts with any part of the platform. If you submit, upload, or post any content to the platform, you grant Jasomel a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, display, modify, adapt, and distribute that content in connection with operating and improving the platform. You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to grant this license and that your content does not infringe any third-party rights.

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide regarding the platform may be used by Jasomel without any obligation to compensate you or keep such information confidential.

The content provided on Jasomel, including quiz questions, instructional materials, and learning resources related to creating acting characters, is intended for general educational and informational purposes only. While we strive to maintain accurate and up-to-date content, Jasomel makes no warranties or representations regarding the completeness, accuracy, or suitability of any content for a particular purpose. You use all educational content at your own discretion and risk.

Points, scores, badges, rankings, and any other gamified elements earned through platform participation are for entertainment and motivational purposes only. They have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for any goods, services, or compensation unless explicitly stated otherwise in a separate written promotion.
